JACKSON, Wyo.—Mandolin artist, Jacob Jolliff of Yonder Mountain String Band performs in Jackson with his progressive bluegrass band at Silver Dollar Showroom at The Wort, November 3.

Jolliff, who has played alongside the likes of Widespread Panic, String Cheese Incident and others, leads his Jolliff Band on a one-night-only 7–10 p.m. set, open to public and free of charge.

Acclaimed for its dynamic musical direction, Jolliff Band showcases unforgettable lyrics atop a classic instrumental core. And Jolliff’s fellow musicians represent the genre’s finest talents. On fiddle, John Mailander plays in an alternate project with Bruce Hornsby. Myles Sloniker, on bass, is a New York City-based composer at home in a variety of musical styles. And finally, on guitar, Ross Martin is late of The Jeff Austin Band and renowned for artful blending of acoustic musical styles.

The quartet storms the historic Silver Dollar stage within the luxurious Wort Hotel to celebrate headline-grade bluegrass sound with the Jackson community at one of its most iconic sites.

Strings ‘twang’ at 7 p.m. for the no-charge show, and audience members must be 21 or over.
