JACKSON, Wyo. — The Wyoming Chamber of Commerce has announced the 2025 Forty Under 40 honorees. Teton County Representative Mike Yin is one of them, and is the only Jacksonite in the bunch.

Yin has been Wyoming House Minority Leader and state representative for District 16 since 2018. His precincts include East Jackson, Mid Jackson and West Jackson Cottonwood Park. He is the first Chinese American to serve in the Wyoming legislature.

“It’s a great honor, especially being on the inaugural list of Forty Under 40,” Yin told Buckrail. “It’s great to be among people who care about their communities who are doing things in their communities that make them better.”

Honorees represent diverse industries, roles and regions across Wyoming. Some recipients are small-business owners, some are in executive leadership positions and some work in the nonprofit sector. The common thread shared by all is a strong commitment to collaboration and community.

“The Forty Under 40 recognition celebrates emerging leaders whose talent, vision, and dedication stand out across the state,” the statement from the Wyoming Chamber of Commerce reads. “These individuals demonstrate outstanding leadership, entrepreneurial spirit, and a deep commitment to service, embodying the Chamber’s mission to champion Wyoming’s business community and empower the next generation of industry influencers.”
