JACKSON HOLE, WYO – Hidden Hollow will break ground today with a public ceremony beginning at 2pm. The ambitious 168-unit housing project at 60 Rosencrans will be one of the largest of its kind for decades. At buildout, the project will include 27 income-restricted units and 45 deed-restricted units. The rest will be free market homes.

Phase I will include a 55-unit building with a majority affordable and employment-based housing units. The first building will include 13 1-bedroom units at 642 sf each, 20 2-bedroom units at 979 sf each, and 12 3-bedroom units at 1,214 sf each. Of these units, 18 will be affordable housing service Categories 1-3, 18 will be workforce housing requiring occupants to be employed primarily in Teton County, and 19 will be free market units.

Mayor Pete Muldoon and representatives of the Jackson town council will be on hand for the ribbon cutting. The ceremony is expected to be short and sweet.

The site of Hidden Hollows was formerly occupied and sold by the US Forest Service. Idaho Falls-based Hansen & Hansen, LLP, owned by brothers Kirk and Jim Hansen, bought the 10-acre property in 2016 specifically for a housing project. The Hansens also own Conrad and Bischoff.
