JACKSON, Wyo. — The Teton County Health Department (TCHD) is interested in learning where the community finds health information.

An online survey from TCHD asks questions about where health information is received and how residents prefer to learn about Health Department news. The survey, available in both English and Spanish, takes about 5 minutes and answers are completely private, according to TCHD.

Everyone who participates in the survey is entered to win one of three raffle prizes:

  • Dinner for two at Snake River Grill
  • Two passes to a summer raptor encounter at Teton Raptor Center
  • Two whitewater rafting trips with Dave Hansen Whitewater
