JACKSON, Wyo. — Teton County’s outdoor warning sirens might sound on Friday.

According to Teton County Emergency Management (TCEM), the outdoor warning system was expected to undergo maintenance on Thursday afternoon and Friday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Short, loud bursts of sounds might be heard from the sirens. There is no emergency, and no action needs to be taken by the public, TCEM said in a Teton_WY Alerts message. Learn more about the outdoor warning system here.
