ALTA, Wyo. — Opening day is just around the corner. The warm weather and the recent wind has effected the mountain in different ways these past few days. The resort is monitoring the approaching storm and are hoping that Ullr makes his presence known. The resort will continue to communicate potential opening day plans and mountain conditions on grandtarghee.com.
Advanced lift ticket purchase is mandatory every day this season. Multi-day tickets may be purchased for any ski days December 14, 2020 and beyond and may become available for ski days sooner if as the lifts and mountain open fully. There will be a limited quantity of lift tickets available, so please plan accordingly.
If conditions cause us to operate a reduced number of lifts this weekend and during the early part of the season heading into December; a pro-rated refund may be issued at the time of pick up (refund is based on which lifts are open). If we experience a delayed opening in entirety and do not run any lifts, refunds will automatically be issued for any days that we are not open to guests who have pre-purchased lift tickets.
As Grand Targhee continues to monitor the ever-changing circumstances around COVID-19 mountain operations, they have announced they will ONLY be selling tickets online for the 2020-2021 season.
You must pre-purchase a lift ticket online before arriving at the resort. Quantities will be limited and may sell out at any time.
Grand Targhee thanks you for your understanding and patience as they work through these challenging times. The main goal is to provide a safe, predictable and enjoyable experience for guests, employees and community.
