Not a dancer? No worries. Tika’s use of imagery, encouragement, and fun along with her cultivated facility for breaking down movement makes class a welcoming experience for even the novice dancer.

My body and spirit feel on fire for hours after her classes. I am always in awe of Tika’s ability to introduce new students to the beauty of this music, dance form and lineage while also challenging and demanding growth from her more long-term students. It’s impossible to be stagnant or to just ‘go through the motions’ in her class.
