WYOMING — A fee-free day in all 423 of America’s National Parks will kick off National Park Week tomorrow, April 22.

National Park Week, recognized each year, is a presidentially proclaimed week to celebrate America’s National Parks.

This year, parks across the country will host a variety of special programs, events and digital experiences from April 22 to 30, according to the National Park Service (NPS).

This year’s National Park Week theme is “Your Park Story.”

“National parks and places we preserve or build in communities can have very special meaning to people,” said the NPS. “We are asking you to share your ‘park’ story. Or come visit parks to create your park story!”
