JACKSON, WY — Slow Food in the Tetons’ Summer People’s Market kicks of TODAY (May 29) at 4 p.m. at the base of Snow King. Each week, Slow Food will put together a handy guide of featured businesses and tips.

The Huidekoper Ranch will be selling six-packs of lettuce, kale, arugula, broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage, and basil, plus 3″ pots of tomatoes, tomatillos, dill, and cilantro. They’ll also have some fresh, harvested rhubarb and salad greens.
