WYOMING — The Wyoming Department of Health (WDH) is reminding Wyoming residents to renew their Medicaid or Kid Care CHIP if a policy is out of date.
WDH is asking Wyoming residents to pay attention to text messages and mailed Medicaid renewal forms with information on how to renew. Medicaid forms must be completed, signed and returned.
Wyomingites can use WDH’s online web portal to easily apply for or renew Medicaid or Kid Care CHIP. Renewals can also be submitted online at https://www.wesystem.wyo.gov, mailed, dropped off using the address on the renewal notice, faxed to 1-855-329-5205 or emailed to wesapplications@wyo.gov. Renewals can be completed over the phone using the number on the notice.
