JACKSON, Wyo. — Teton County has developed a preliminary concept to improve public access and rehabilitate vegetation on a publicly owned parcel on Spring Gulch Road. This site is on Lot 45 of JH Golf and Tennis in the northeast end of Cattleman’s Bridge over the Gros Ventre River.
Improvements include completing the pathway connection that currently ends near Kings Highway to the bridge, formalizing a recycling area, planting vegetation, and improving the overall aesthetics of the parcel. Lower Valley Energy is also planning to bury the overhead powerlines in this area. The project is expected to be complete by Spring 2022.
The public is encouraged to provide input and feedback by Wednesday, June 2, 2021 to Teton County Engineer Jazmine Watson at jwatson@tetoncountywy.gov. Below is a preliminary site plan.
