JACKSON, Wyo. — After months of work, both Teton County and the Teton County Library have announced newly refreshed websites for their respective organizations.
The County website upgrade includes a simplified navigation, mobile optimization for those looking at the website from their phones and accessibility improvements in compliance with ADA standards to ensure inclusivity for all users.
“Teton County’s website was refreshed with our community in mind,” Teton County Innovation and Engagement Manager Cal Brackin said in a statement. “We are constantly thinking about how we can make our services more findable, usable and beneficial to the public.”
The Library redid its website in response to comments from users about the previous site’s shortcomings. Highlights include a more streamlined navigational menu, greater accessibility features, embedded language translation function for Spanish and Russian speakers and better integration with the Library events calendar.
“We consider our website to be our online ‘space,’ and as improvement to our spaces is one of our strategic directions, improving our website became one of our goals for 2025,” Director of Library Services Kip Roberson said in a statement.
Residents are encouraged to send thoughts regarding the new Teton County website to info@tetoncountywyo.gov. Staff at the library are available for questions regarding its new website, with adjustments being made in response to public comment.
