JACKSON, WY — UPDATE: Both lanes of traffic are now open. Traffic still appears slow but is moving in both directions.
A collision has stalled traffic on S. Highway 89 north of the Snake River/Horse Creek Bridge at Cole Canyon Road.
The accident appears to be a rear-end collision. The northbound lane of traffic is closed. The southbound lane will remain open to alternating traffic. Traffic south of Munger Mountain Elementary will likely be compromised for the next half hour while responders clear the scene.
