JACKSON, Wyo. — While the snow flies, January is heating up inside Code Red.

On Thursday, January 23, Code Red is teaming up with Codigo Tequila to present a unique paired dining experience, complete with appetizers and multiple courses of exquisite Mexican cuisine, all paired with tequila or mezcal by Codigo. 

For $100 each, guests will enjoy a multi-course menu of expertly crafted dishes paired with premium tequila and mezcal. The $100 includes tax and gratuity. 

Set to be a night of culinary artistry and flavor exploration, the evening will showcase a thoughtfully curated menu, including items like candied honey nut squash with mole coloradito and pepitas, and pork belly pastor with salsa verde and pineapple butter.  

Whether a seasoned tequila connoisseur or just beginning to explore agave-based spirits, the evening promises an engaging, delicious journey into the world of tequila and mezcal.
