Center for the Arts is set to spin its first-ever Silent Disco

JACKSON, Wyo. — The Center for the Arts and its Creative Initiatives Program announces a 2020 event to get the community jamming.

Held in the Center Theater Lobby, Silent Disco is a January 8 transformation in lights, music, and delicious beverage specials.

Doors open 9 p.m. for the 21-year-old or over evening and crowds can expect the rugs to get cut until the early hour of 1 a.m. Ticket sales commence mid-day Friday, November 22. The early bird price tag is $18 dollars. Second-tier and the day-of price tag is $28 dollars.

A funky style to party by, and growing in popularity, each ticket holder will receive a pair of special wireless headphones with adjustable volume and flip-switch selection of up to three DJ’s. Each headset has a color LED that shows what channel each person is listening to. The method means no loud music to shout over and negates ringing ears at the evening’s end.

Musical guests include The Beat Byrd, Lauren Chase, Luminesce, DJ Crayon, Hunter Singleton, Tristan J, and KnewJack. Disco, Funk, and House genre music rounds are promised to round out the rest.

Silent Disco, presented by the Center’s Creative Initiatives Program, warmly invites friends and neighbors to dance the night away this January 8!
