JACKSON, Wyo. — Nationally-acclaimed Nashville musician Sierra Ferrell is the star of this year’s Annual Benefit Concert at The Center.

Center for the Arts will host its community-focused Annual Benefit Concert on Wednesday, July 13. The Benefit will be held in The Center Park, and the evening will focus on celebration, connection, and community.

“The Annual Benefit is our only fundraising event for The Center each year. We’re continuing to build on last year’s success of moving the event outdoors and hope to welcome even more community members to our annual celebration,”  said Executive Director Marty Camino. “We’re excited to see our Annual Benefit become a staple community event. We’re looking forward to sharing the musical talents of Sierra Ferrell, who is well known in Nashville and quickly growing a national following.”

Center for the Arts functions as a much-needed home for more than 20 independent arts and education nonprofits that have both a local and regional presence. Sustaining the 80,000 sq. ft. facility is critical to these organizations and the local arts community as a whole. Board Chair David Hopkins noted “the proceeds from the fundraiser allow us to provide a community campus solely dedicated to arts programming for community members of all ages. This fundraiser is core to allowing The Center to continue its mission throughout the year.”

Sierra Ferrell is a nationally recognized musician who is self-described as having a “country heart but jazz mind.” Sierra’s sound mixes the galloping beat of bluegrass featuring mandolin and banjo with soft melodic piano, offering a little of something for everyone.
