TETON VILLAGE, Wyo. — Celebrate Independence Day in Teton Village with two days of fireworks, free concerts, and more!
On July 3, head over to the Jackson Hole bike park for Sunday Funday or the weekly disc golf singles tournament.
The bike park is open 10 a.m.- 5 p.m. and the disc golf tournament starts at 5 p.m.
Don’t miss the free concert on the commons show at 6 p.m. with DJ Marco Flexx and Down North at 8 p.m.
Trying to pin genre tags onto Down North’s unique brand of psych-infused punk soul is an exercise in futility. It’s like the Red Hot Chili Peppers covering Prince with an early James Brown frontman. After the show, catch the only July 3 fireworks show in the area, going off at 10 p.m.
Then on Monday, July 4, enjoy a free Concert on the Commons. Music starts up with Aaron Davis & The Mystery Machine at 6 p.m. with a set break featuring Grand Teton Music Festival’s Patriotic Pops audio feed, followed by The Waiting, a rock ‘n roll band that celebrates the music of Tom Petty, at 8:30 p.m.
The night ends with a bang with fireworks at 10 p.m.
