UPDATE (7:09pm): Accident has been cleared. Normal traffic flow has resumed.

An accident involving a semi tractor-trailer on S Highway 89 in the Snake River Canyon has closed the route in both directions. The wreck occurred just minutes ago near Astoria Hot Springs. A jack-knifed truck is blocking both lanes.
