BREAKING: Wilson woman found dead at home

JACKSON HOLE, WYO — Buckrail has learned of the death of Wilson resident Squirrel Rork, 66.

Rork was found deceased by a neighbor on the night of Wednesday, May 1, with what Sheriff Matt Carr called an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound. Sheriff’s deputies responded to the call at 9:23pm, according to the dispatch log.

Teton County Coroner Dr. Brent Blue said cause and manner of death are pending.

Rork was a one-time BBS Radio talk show host, an operating room nurse, and an alternative healing practitioner. She was once married to orthopedic surgeon Peter Rork.
