STAR VALLEY, WYO – A suspect has been identified and apprehended in reference to the abduction of a young female and the assault of an adult female on August 23.
On August 25, through cooperative efforts of the Afton Police Department, Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office, Department of Criminal Investigations, Lincoln County Attorney’s Office and the citizens, police made an arrest of a man in connection with the two incidents.
Authorities would not release the suspect’s name. “Due to the nature of this investigation and to protect the victims involved, no suspect information can be made public at this time,” stated a press release.
