STAR VALLEY, WYO – Police are looking for a man who abducted a Star Valley teen and later attempted to assault another woman.

According to the Afton Police Department, a male suspect forced a teenage woman into his truck Wednesday, August 23 sometime in the early evening hours. The victim eventually escaped from the assailant in Smoot and ran for help.

He has sandy blonde hair in a crew cut with a reddish blonde moustache. He was wearing light brown or tan overalls that were greasy or dirty and wearing a t-shirt of unbknown color. He reportedly smelled strongly of body odor.

The suspect is reportedly driving a dark red or black, older model, single cab flatbed truck with Idaho license plates.
