ALTA, WY — Enhance your après with live music every day at Grand Targhee Resort. Every day this week, a hit local or visiting band will take the stage at the Trap Bar and Grill.

February 20, Jackson’s last ’80s hair band left standing, 86 Live, will rock the stage from 3-6 p.m. The following night will feature American roots artist George Kilby Jr.

The Nate Robinson Band will headline two nights in a row February 22 and 23. He’s quite the solo act — he plays the bass drum with his foot, a tempo-keeping hi hat/tambourine and cowbell rhythm with his left foot, and strums the melody on an acoustic guitar, all while whistling out horn lines on a harmonica and singing along.

Sunday night, Beer Supply will provide classic tunes everyone knows, but with their own funky, rock, skank, or whatever twist they feel like.

And every Tuesday night, Targhee shines the spotlight on less-discovered local talent at White Lightnin’ Open Mic Night. From 3-6 p.m., local performers can sing their hearts out to a brand new set of adoring fans. All performers are welcome!

So if you like music, Targhee’s got it in spades. Don’t miss out on endless chances to boogie after an unforgettable day of skiing (more snow in the forecast this week!) See a full music schedule here.
