JACKSON, WY— It’s locals’ favorite time of the year—off-season special time.
And once again, starting today, Fine Dining Restaurant Group is offering patrons to make the most of their savings by giving back to the community. During their “2-for-2” season, buy one entree and get the second for $2. One hundred percent of the $2 will be donated to a weekly featured nonprofit.
Fine Dining’s “2-for-2” deal started in 2011, and has raised $170,000 for local nonprofits since.
Philanthropy is a long-standing principle of Fine Dining. The off-season specials are among their main fundraising efforts, but they also participate with Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation (research and support for childhood cancer), and donate hundreds of gift certificates and other in-kind donations each year.
Their off-season fundraising has many intentions. Offering dining deals during the off season allows Fine Dining to give back to guests who so steadfastly support them throughout the year in two ways – by offering discounted meals while also supporting the many non-profits their guests also support. It allows guests to be directly involved in the fundraising process. It’a a true community effort, and wouldn’t be possible without Fine Dining’s patrons. Of course, the fundraisers also help bring awareness to the many amazing nonprofits that call Jackson Hole home. And finally, Fine Dining realizes that operating a nonprofit can be tough. Cash donations can make a huge impact, and Fine Dining wants to provide them.
“We are so excited to be chosen as beneficiaries for Fine Dining Group’s off-season specials. As a skater-run league, we do all the work ourselves: bookkeeping, coaching, marketing, promotion, and event organization. This fundraising will go a long way for us. We are grateful for the opportunity that Fine Dining has offered us and without support from our community we would not be the league we are today,” said Marisa Watsabaugh of the Juggernauts.
The deal is running during lunch at Bin22, and during dinner at Rendezvous Bistro, Osteria, and The Kitchen.
The featured organizations this fall are:
October 22nd – October 28th — Jackson Hole Juggernauts
October 29th – November 4th– Community Entry Services
November 5th – November 11th– KHOL
