VICTOR, ID – They are back! You know them, you love them, and you’re ready for more. Young Dubliners are heading back to Victor for a much-anticipated return to the Music on Main stage, bringing their ever-growing, ever-celebrated Celtic rock sounds.

The band has long been celebrated as one of the top Music on Main performances to date. And if you’ve seen then once, you know why. The Young Dubliners include Keith Roberts, lead vocals and acoustic guitar; Chas Waltz, violin, mandolin, harmonica, and vocals; Brendan Holmes, bass guitar and vocals; Justin Pecot, lead guitar, acoustic guitar, mandolin, vocals; and Dave Ingraham, drums and percussion. Justin Pecot is the newest member of the group, coming on as lead guitar just in time for the new album.

The Young Dubliners have mastered the animated Celtic rock sound, a folksy rock genre that fuses traditional Irish Celtic music, instrumentation, and modern rock styles. But while the Irish nods are no doubt there, their influences run the gamut, as well. Keith Roberts notes that, although two of the band members are from Ireland, they all grew up listening to a variety of styles and genres.

In recent years the band appeared on ABC’s Jimmy Kimmel Live!, had songs featured in TV shows (Sons Of Anarchy, Human Target), and toured extensively as a headliner and as the opener for such diverse artists like Collective Soul, Jethro Tull, Jonny Lang, Los Lobos, Chris Isaak, and many more.

Wyatt Lowe & the Mayhem Kings are kicking off the evening with their own rocking and rolling good times. You won’t want to miss their revival of classic rock music that carries the torch of the late sixties and early seventies rock and blues into a new era of rock music fueled by a love for the classics and passion for music.
