YELLOWSTONE NATIONAL PARK — Yellowstone National Park’s Tribal Heritage Center is set to open to the public on Monday, May 25. The center will be open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday to Friday, until October 3.

The center saw over 320,000 visitors last year and hosted 33 different artists, scholars and speakers from 19 different Tribes. Presentations at the center this summer will include the cultural history of dolls, drumstick making, beadwork and sewing, basketry, natural plant uses, storytelling and quillwork, among other things.

Located between Old Faithful Lodge and the Old Faithful Visitor Education Center, the center operates every year through donations from partners, grants and individuals.
