MAMMOTH HOT SPRINGS, Wyo. — Yellowstone National Park, in collaboration with Mountain Time Arts (MTA), will host the third annual Yellowstone Revealed, a unique cultural and art experience within the park.

Installations in 2022 and 2023 lasted for about 10 days each. This year’s Yellowstone Revealed will be on display throughout the summer, running from June 14 until Sept. 9.

Tipi installations will be on display at each of the park’s five entrances (North, Northeast, East, South and West). The theme for this year’s experience is How the Land Remembers Us: Tribal Tipi Lodge and Buffalo Stories.

Visitors are invited to participate in this free experience, and learn about Indigenous history and contemporary culture through the installations and storytelling. Each tipi will be accompanied by information about the Tribal significance of tipis, storytelling and the utilization of art as science.

“Visitors can expect a thought-provoking and visceral experience that presents art and storytelling as a means to explore the significance of Tribal Peoples and their tipi lodges within Yellowstone National Park,” Yellowstone National Park said via press release.

Yellowstone Revealed aims to foster understanding and appreciation for Indigenous cultures and their ecological connection to the park, according to Yellowstone National Park.
