WILSON, Wyo. — A multi-vehicle accident has closed WY22 in both directions just past noon on Tuesday.
Emergency page-outs indicated a tractor-trailer had flipped near Trail Creek. A motorcyclist was also said to be involved. Emergency vehicles are on the scene.
