Wyoming Backcountry Adventure Workshop

Jackson Hole, Wyoming – Join Teton County Search and Rescue and Backcountry Zero on Saturday, May 19th for the 3rd annual Wyoming Backcountry Adventure Workshop (WYBAW) at the Pink Garter Theater in Jackson, Wyoming.

Climbing guide and mountaineer Christian Santelices will open the evening with a presentation on personal preparedness and responsibility to yourself and others in the backcountry.

World-renowned adventure athlete Will Gadd will deliver the keynote “Living the Dream, Avoiding the Nightmare: Loose stories and tight lessons learned from 30 years as a pro climber, kayaker, paraglider, guide, and dad.” Will is the first person to ever ice climb Niagara Falls (Documented in the above Photo: © Christian Pondella).
