WILSON, Wyo. — The Wyoming Department of Transportation (WYDOT) announced Wednesday that more concrete-pouring work is scheduled for the Snake River Bridge project on Thursday, May 30, and Monday, June 3.
WYDOT and Ames Construction crews will continue building the new bridge deck on Thursday and Monday, with work each day scheduled to begin at 5 a.m. and expected to continue until approximately 6 a.m.
While work is underway, crews will reduce traffic to one lane for “roughly a half hour between 5 a.m. and 6 a.m.,” WYDOT said. Flaggers will direct single-lane traffic at a reduced speed during that window.
“Crews are hoping to limit the delays to less than a half hour,” WYDOT’s statement said.
The schedule is subject to change in the event of weather-related delays and more. See construction updates at www.wyoroad.info, or sign up for WYDOT alerts at https://www.wyoroad.info/511/511NotifyAnnouncement.html.
