JACKSON HOLE, WYO – The Town of Jackson announced the summer season schedule for Budge Drive as a second round of work begins again to shore up the butte that slid in 2014. Work is expected to continue through the end of September.
Construction Information: Scheduled for the weeks of April 2 through September 30

Road Closure Information: Budge Drive was closed to the public April 23rd. At this time the temporary access road will be opened to the residents of upper Budge Drive. The temporary access road is accessible from HWY 22.
Important Additional Information: Beginning May 15 and for the following two weeks, access along the upper portion of Budge Drive will be limited due to utility installation. Access to and from residences from 8am to 6pm may not be possible due to construction activities for these two weeks. Emergency access will be accommodated during this time frame.
Budge Drive and the Hillside upper and lower parking areas east of Sidewinders will open to the public June 30. When Budge Drive opens to the public the temporary access road will be closed.
On July 7 the temporary parking area located on the south side of the Hillside Building along Broadway will be closed to the public and reclaimed.
Construction of the sidewalk and cycle track along Broadway will start July 9 and continue through September.
The West Broadway Landslide Remediation Project is scheduled to be completed September 30. All dates mentioned above are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances. The Town of Jackson will resume providing bi-weekly construction updates beginning April 16.
Pedestrians are not to enter the construction site, the stairwell at the east end of the Hillside building, near Sidewinders shall be used to travel from Upper Budge Drive to Broadway. Pedestrians are not to use the closed portion of Budge Drive to access Broadway.
