JACKSON, Wyo. — Kick off the festival with The Winter Grand Tasting, presented by Snake River Roasting Co., on Thursday, March 6, from 6 to 9 p.m. at the Jackson Hole Conference Center. Join us for a delicious tasting experience dedicated to showcasing the finest culinary offerings from Jackson Hole! Savor signature dishes from 11 top local restaurants and 13 beverage booths pouring a selection of wine, beer and cocktails!
Local DJ Rocky Vertone will be spinning some tunes creating a festive atmosphere. Whether you’re a passionate foodie or simply seeking a fun evening out, this event promises to be a memorable celebration of food and beverages.

Friday, March 7, Trapper’s at Solitude Station, Jackson Hole Mountain Resort, 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. A unique dinner experience awaits you featuring an illustrious panel of special guests including Michelin Starred and James Beard Foundation Award-winning chef Rick Bayless of Frontera Grill, Topolobampo, Bar Sótano and Xoco in Chicago; Preston Van Winkle of Old Rip Van Winkle in Frankfort, Kentucky; Andrew Minor from Vintus; Journalist and Master of Ceremonies Matt Bean; Professional Freeskier and Author Griffin Post; and Wine Buyer and Business Development of Pearl Street Market and Westside Wine & Spirits Jenny Klock; Each panelist has been asked to share a culinary A-HA moment inspiring a series of small plates paired with their favorite wine or spirit!
Jackson Hole Mountain Resort Executive Chef Steven De Bruyn and his team will create a fabulous six-course tasting menu bringing each story to life right before you! Every bite and sip will transport you revealing the magic that unfolds when creativity, passion and a deep love for all things culinary comes together.

Saturday, March 8, Piste Mountain Bistro, Jackson Hole Mountain Resort, 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. Experience an unforgettable culinary evening high above the valley, starting with a scenic ride on the Bridger Gondola. This once-in-a-lifetime dinner collaboration will feature renowned guest chef Rick Bayless, who will be highlighting contemporary Mexican dishes from his award-winning fine-dining restaurant Topolobampo. Each dish will be expertly paired with a selection of fine wines from the Vintus portfolio.
