JACKSON, Wyo. — Jackson Hole Mountain Resort alongside Piste Mountain Bistro will host an evening celebrating Rombauer Vineyards, on Thursday, Feb. 19, with a four-course, chef-driven pairing dinner beginning promptly at 6:30 p.m. Each course has been thoughtfully designed to complement and elevate Rombauer signature wines.

Rombauer Vineyards has been producing high-quality wines from Napa Valley, Sonoma County, the Sierra Foothills, and the Santa Lucia Highlands since 1980. Over four decades later, Rombauer Wines is known for its distinctive, fruit driven expressions.

This evening will feature:

  • Rombauer Sauvignon Blanc: California sunshine in a glass! Perfect for sipping and sharing, this refreshing Sauvignon Blanc is the new favorite wine.
  • Rombauer Chardonnay: The iconic California Chardonnay! This wine will delight with its ripe fruit intensity, hints of vanilla oak, a creamy midpalate, and a buttery finish, all supported by bright acidity tying it all together.
