JACKSON HOLE, WY — Kick off the 2017/18 winter season with backcountry knowledge and lots of prizes. This Saturday, September 16, JH Sports and Teton County Search and Rescue (TCSAR) are excited to host the second annual ‘Winter Welcome‘ event.
The afternoon includes a presentation from TCSAR, and a huge raffle with prizes valuing over $20,000. Money from ticket sales will go to TSCAR’s continued year-round efforts to protect locals and visitors in Jackson.
Raffle tickets are available for $5 at JH Sports, Hole in the Wall Snowboard Shop, and at the Resort Store on the Town Square. Prizes are numerous and huge, ranging from dinner for two at the Calico, to a full ski or snowboard set-up from Jackson Hole Sports, to a one-week stay at the Teton Club. Buy a few tickets to increase your odds—the prizes are worth every penny, and the money goes to a great cause! You do not have to be present to win the raffle.
Pinky G’s is serving pizza, JH POP! is bringing their popular popcorn, and Snake River Brewing is pouring beer rom 3:30-6 p.m. Pizza provided by our friends at Pinky G’s, popcorn from the always popular JH POP! and beer will be provided by Snake River Brewing available from 3:30-6:00pm. The raffle drawing is at 5 p.m. Located in the Gabe Room, upstairs in JH Sports.
