JACKSON, Wyo. — Whole Foods Market submitted an application today, Jan. 28, to acquire the liquor license currently licensed to Jackson Whole Grocer.

On Jan. 19, Jackson Whole Grocer announced that they had reached an acquirement agreement with Whole Foods Market. The store will remain open during the transition.

Protest against the transfer of the above license will be heard at the Town Council meeting on Feb. 16, scheduled for 6 p.m.
