JACKSON, Wyo. — Rolling Stone has described Whitey Morgan as a “Waylon Jennings acolyte… modern-day outlaw [with a] hard-hitting, blue-collar brand of music.” He’ll be gracing The Cowboy Bar stage on February 29 for a rare acoustic set.

“In 2020 we want to increase the number of buzz-worthy shows at The Cowboy”, said Justin Smith, talent buyer for The Million Dollar Cowboy Bar. “When Whitey called and asked if he could bring his show to The Cowboy, it was a simple ‘heck yes’. This guy is a legit honky-tonk songwriter out on a mission to save country music.”

Whitey Morgan will play his acoustic set from 7:30-9 p.m. followed by a Saturday night after-party featuring country rocker Charlie Jenkins.

This is a non-ticketed show. Visitors will pay a $10 door charge starting at 7 p.m. and a local ID gets you in for free.
