JACKSON, Wyo. — Jackson Hole Mountain Resort alongside Piste Mountain Bistro will celebrate Angel’s Envy, the Louisville, Kentucky–based distillery known as the “House of Finished Whiskey” on Saturday, Feb. 7, with a four-course, chef-driven pairing dinner beginning promptly at 6:30 p.m. Each course has been thoughtfully designed to complement and elevate Angel’s Envy’s signature expressions.

Since its first release in 2011, Angel’s Envy has redefined American whiskey by finishing its spirits in carefully selected barrels, adding depth, balance, and nuance to every pour.

The evening will feature:

  • Angel’s Envy Bourbon, aged 4–6 years in charred new oak, then finished 4–6 months in Port wine barrels, offering notes of vanilla, raisins, maple syrup, and toasted nuts, with a palate of ripe fruit, vanilla, toast, and bitter chocolate.
  • Angel’s Envy Rye, aged 7 years in oak barrels and finished for 18 months in Caribbean rum casks, revealing aromas of citrus, caramel, maple sugar, vanilla, and spice, and a palate of sweet rum, sherry wood, and soft oak.
