WYOMING — The Wyoming Game and Fish Department (WGFD) has announced the winners of the 2026 Collectible Conservation Stamp Art Contest, featuring the American pika.
This is the 42nd edition of WGFD’s contest. Submissions came in from all over the country, totaling over 60. First place honors went to Michael Patrick Bailey of Newburgh, Indiana. Bailey’s depiction will be featured on the 2026 collectible conservation stamp and in a limited-edition print.

Second and third place went to Justin Hayward of Casper, Wyoming, and Ryan Kniss of Johnstown, Pennsylvania. Fourth and fifth place went to Catherine Holt of Evanston, Wyoming, and Megan Beavers of Farson, Wyoming. See all of the submissions here.


The “People’s Choice” award went to Emma Higby of Laramie, Wyoming.
