Update: Aug. 31, 11:30 a.m.: Sega was found on Flat Creek Road between the refuge and Flat Creek Ranch. An individual spotted her on the ranch last night and saw her running toward the refuge on the road.

After a few people went out this morning to search for her, Katie Brown, a foster parent of Animal Adoption Center (AAC), found her curled up about ten feet off the road.

“She is so skinny and has some porcupine quills in her snout. Can’t imagine what she has been through! She is at the vet now getting checked out,” said Virginia Faulkner-Monks, community engagement director at AAC.

She's a lover of alliteration, easy-to-follow recipes and board games when everyone knows the rules. Her favorite aspect about living in the Tetons is the collective admiration that Wyomingites share for the land and the life that it sustains.
