JACKSON, Wyo. — The Town of Jackson (TOJ) Engineering Department is continuing its work replacing a watermain on Millward Street, between Pearl and Hansen Avenues, on Monday, Sept. 9 from 9 p.m. until completion. The estimated time for the work to be completed is 8 hours.

During this time, water will be shut off on Simpson Ave., between Glenwood St. and Jackson St. and on Millward between Pearl and Simpson Avenues. The intersection of Simpson and Millward will be closed Sept. 9.

The TOJ encourages residents in the area to store water in advance for use during the shutdown. When water is restored, expect some air release and flush faucets and clean aerators.

Motorists, bicyclists and pedestrians are advised to seek alternate routes in the vicinity of this construction activity. The TOJ asks that all travelers obey all construction notification, detour and parking restriction signage. The TOJ thanks the community for its patience and understanding.
