Train for Peak Performance with the Chamber of Commerce Buckrail - Jackson Hole, news

JACKSON, WY— Customer satisfaction surveys in 2017 found that up to 86 percent of customers said they’d stop doing business with a company if they experienced poor customer service.

Don’t be a statistic. Join Rick Howe, Vice President of the Jackson Hole Chamber of Commerce, in two upcoming Peak Performance Guest Training sessions where you will learn how to exceed your leadership goals, how to deal with staffing challenges, and even gain some key resources to help create the company culture your business deserves.

“No matter how great our reputation for customer service, we’re only as good as our last customer,” Howe said.

There are two upcoming chances to take advantage of this training: May 10 and May 17. The schedule is the same for both days: a Supervisor and Manager Session for business leaders who manage teams, followed by a Front Line and Staff Training for staff who want to take the next step in their financial and career goals.

The training is just $20 per session for Chamber members— “seems like a no-brainer, right?” says John Frechette, owner of MADE. “We think a store full of knowledgeable staff is good for our businesses and good for our town.”

Barry Hunger, concierge and guest services at Rusty Parrot Lodge, agrees. “Through effective customer service training you give your employees the tools to become better at their jobs which results in happier employees, customers, and owners,” he says. “Attendees elsewhere typically spend $1,200 to register for Institute for this quality of training.”
