HOBACK, Wyo. — Traffic is at a standstill near mile marker 141.1 on U.S. 89 near Hoback Junction.

The travel lane is blocked for emergency vehicles, according to an alert sent by the Wyoming Department of Transportation at 1:05 p.m. this afternoon.
