JACKSON, Wyo. — The Town of Jackson (TOJ) is asking community members to share input on e-bikes through a new survey.

“E-bikes are everywhere,” TOJ writes in a press release.

TOJ is supporting Friends of Pathways to learn more about how e-bikes are used in the community; answers to the short survey will guide improvements to the community pathway network.

Fill out the survey here. Spanish speakers can find the survey here.

In November 2024, Town Council passed an ordinance giving the TOJ the authority to post and enforce e-bike speed limits, and in January the Bridger-Teton National Forest (BTNF) sought public comment on the “E-bike Use Designation on Select Jackson Area Trails” Draft Environmental Assessment (EA). According to the BTNF, the final EA and draft decision will be released later this spring.
