JACKSON, Wyo. — The Town of Jackson’s Land Development Regulations have been uploaded to an interactive online platform called MuniCode, the Town announced Monday.
This is the first time these regulations have been available online. MuniCode allows users to search through the codes quickly, compare pervious versions and share articles as PDFs.
The regulations are sorted into the following categories:
- Article 1: General Provisions
- Article 2: Complete Neighborhood Zones
- Article 3: Rural Area Zones
- Article 4: Special Purpose Zones
- Article 5: Physical Development Standards Applicable in All Zones
- Article 6: Use Standards Applicable in All Zones
- Article 7: Development Option & Subdivision Standards
- Article 8: Administrative Procedures
- Article 9: Definitions
- Chapter 14: Subdivision Regulations
- Chapter 15: Buildings & Construction
- Chapter 16: Housing
- Chapter 17: Subdivisions
- Chapter 18: Zoning
“MuniCode is a big step forward for everyone in our community to be able to access, search, and read the Town’s Land Development Regulations,” the Town’s press release said.
