JACKSON, Wyo. — The Town of Jackson and Teton County invite the public to attend an upcoming joint Town and County special meeting on Tuesday, April 29, to discuss the budget for Fiscal Year (FY) 2026.

Tuesday’s budget meeting takes place from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the County Chambers on 200 S. Willow Street. People are also welcome to online via Zoom. The meeting is part of a larger series of meetings focused on setting next year’s budget, which starts on July 1, 2025.

“Community members are encouraged to engage and share perspective about budget priorities,” the Town of Jackson said in a statement.  

Town and County officials will discuss projected budgets for the following agencies: START Bus, Jackson Hole Fire/EMS, Teton County Emergency Management, Teton County/Jackson Parks and Recreation, Jackson Hole Airport, Energy Conservation Works, Jackson Hole Travel & Tourism Board.

The meeting will also discuss funding for transportation/pathways, housing and joint long-range planning. There will be a mid-morning break and a break for lunch during the day-long meeting.
