JACKSON, Wyo. — Jackson’s Town Council is inviting the public to a virtual meeting this week to discuss short-term rentals.

Councilmembers Arne Jorgensen and Jonathan Schechter will be joined by Planning Director Paul Anthony for the Zoom meeting, which will be held on Wednesday, Dec. 13 at noon.

The Town of Jackson currently defines a short-term rental as “the rental of all or a portion of a residential unit such that occupancy is limited to fewer than 30 consecutive days.”

The Town will be implementing a new program to allow short-term rentals in residential neighborhoods starting on January 1, 2024. For further information, see the Town of Jackson’s website.
