JACKSON, Wyo. — Town Council unanimously approved a subdivision plat for the Veronica Lane Condominium addition, located at 250 Veronica Lane, during its regular Town Council meeting on Monday, July 1.

According to the staff report, the property owner, L2 Real Estate Holdings, LLC, proposed a subdivision plat to create five commercial ownership condominium units in an existing building. The structure, which was built in 2001, is subject to a Final Development Plan for the 10,472-square-foot, two-story office building.
A subdivision plat is required to divide land, including condominiums and townhouse subdivisions. Town staff determined that the Veronica Lane subdivision plat complies with current Land Development Regulations (LDRs) and the previously approved building permit.
