JACKSON, Wyo. – The Teton County Parks & Recreation Department (Parks and Rec) announced on Monday, Feb. 24, that all Town and County ice rinks are closed for the winter season due to warm temperatures and rain.

Last week, Parks and Rec reported that the Teton County Fairgrounds ice rink had significant ice melt after temperatures reached into the 40’s.

According to Parks and Rec, a winter service level survey will be released in March to allow the community an opportunity to provide comments on winter operations.

“Staff would like to thank the community for a great winter skating season,” Parks and Rec said in the announcement.
