JACKSON, Wyo. — The largest Easter Egg Hunt in the area returns to Town Square, with over 5,000 eggs filled with candy, toys, and several prize eggs with cold, hard, cash.

On Saturday, April 16, starting at 10 am on Town Square, children of all ages can hunt for colorful eggs filled with exciting prizes. Characters like the Easter Bunny, Bugs Bunny, Tigger, Winnie the Pooh, and more can also be found on the Square throughout the event.

This beloved tradition, presented by Wells Fargo and the Jackson Hole Chamber of Commerce, last took place on the day before Easter Sunday in 2019. “We’re excited about the return of community events to Jackson!” says Britney Magleby, Director of Events at the Jackson Hole Chamber of Commerce, “Families have really missed this energetic (sometimes crazy!) event, and we can’t wait to see all the fun characters under the antler arches once again.”

This Easter Egg Hunt, open to everyone free of charge, guarantees every kid at least a couple eggs, likely many more. Also, for the first time, several eggs will be filled with nothing but cash – $1 bills, $5 bills, and even one $100 bill!

The Easter Egg Hunt on Town Square will begin at exactly 10 am, signified by a countdown and a foghorn. All age groups will be able to hunt together, but there will be a 0-2 quadrant on the Center St. side of the Square for the safety of young kids.
