The Bistro opens in The Cloudveil

JACKSON, Wyo. — The Bistro recently opened its doors to diners in the newly constructed hotel, The Cloudveil located on the Town Square.

The Bistro is the newest addition to the Fine Dining Restaurant Group, led by Gavin Fine and Roger Freedman. The French-inspired restaurant is open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

“When opening new restaurants and expanding our hospitality offerings, we do so thoughtfully, with an attention to what we feel will best serve our community and visitors. We are excited to further augment the many incredible dining experiences available in Jackson Hole with the opening of our newest restaurant, The Bistro,” said Fine.

Fine Dining announced the closure of their first restaurant, Rendevous Bistro in November. The restaurant was open for 20 years and closed its doors on March 26, making way for this new venture.

“While fans of our first restaurant, Rendezvous Bistro, will find a handful of favorites, The Bistro’s menus showcase French breakfast, lunch and dinner offerings we’ve known and loved throughout our culinary explorations,” said Fine.

Fine Dining Restaurant Group properties include Bin22, The Kitchen, Roadhouse Pub & Eatery, II Villaggio Osteria, Bar Enoteca, Bodega, Sugar + Spice and Bovine + Swine.

The Cloudveil opened on May 26 on the Town Square at 112 Center Street, the former home of a Wells Fargo branch. The hotel is the first major construction project on the Town Square since 1997.

“The Cloudveil was built by those of us who have been changed by Jackson and were moved by a passion to share this special destination and rich history with others,” says General Manager Bruce Grosbety. “Every inch of this hotel was carefully curated with the destination in mind – bringing the elements of the outdoors inside, and creating an experience deeply rooted in transformation and restoration.”

Along with housing The Bistro, the hotel has 100 rooms, a rooftop terrace, outdoor pool, fitness center and 7,500 square foot indoor and outdoor event space.

Currently, rooms range from $859 to $1,659 per night.
