Here is the scene: It is beautiful, upper 80s, blue sky summer day in early July. Instead of listening to your kid’s friends say they are going to be playing on the river all day or trying to wiggle your way into the last spot on your friend’s raft, you turn to your husband or text your buddies, and say, “It’s a canyon day…let’s hit the river!”
In no time, you are backing down the ramp at West Table in your brand-new NRS Star Outlaw! No begging for a seat, or trying to borrow a raft – just you, your family, your crew, and the Snake River!
All Dave Hansen Whitewater wants to do is give you a raft! All you have to do: Have the closest guess to the 2026 peak flow in the Snake Canyon, without going over.
Dave Hansen Whitewater’s Highwater Heyday is in full paddle mode and you have until May 15 to submit your guess!
Dave Hansen reserves the right to extend the contest period past May 15, 2026 or end it before May 15, 2026. Should the contest be extended, it will be publicized.
